7-Day Panama Itinerary*

Day 1: Arrival in Panama City

• Afternoon: Arrive at Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport. Enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in the historic Casco Viejo (Old City). Check-in at La Concordia Boutique Hotel, a charming spot with modern amenities in a colonial-style setting.

• Evening: Explore Casco Viejo’s vibrant streets, dine at Tantalo Rooftop Bar & Restaurant for a great view and excellent food.

Day 2: Panama Canal Tour & Casco Viejo

• Morning: Embark on a guided Panama Canal tour, where you'll witness ships passing through this engineering marvel.

• Afternoon: Stroll through the cobblestone streets of Casco Viejo, visiting historic sites like Plaza Bolívar and the Panama Canal Museum.

• Evening: Dine at CasaCasco, a rooftop spot with delicious food and views of the city.

Day 3: San Blas Islands Catamaran Sailing

• Morning: A private transfer to the San Blas port (approx 3hr).

• Afternoon: Board your boat and set sail on a 3-night catamaran journey through the breathtaking San Blas Islands. Your catamaran will be fully staffed with a crew that prepares all meals onboard using fresh, local ingredients.

• Evening: Explore the remote, uninhabited islands, and relax on pristine beaches for sunset. Enjoy a fresh dinner back onboard.

  • Note: You will need to follow the rules set forth by the Guna Yala indigenous people, who live on and govern the islands.

    ***There is no cell reception or wifi on these islands and very little on the catamaran.

Day 4 & 5: San Blas Islands Catamaran

• Continue your sailing adventure, visiting different islands each day.

• kayak the short coastlines of the islands, explore coral reefs, and relax in hammocks on deserted beaches.

• Your crew will prepare all meals fresh for you onboard, featuring local seafood and tropical fruits.

• Enjoy star-gazing at night from the deck of your catamaran.

Day 6: Flight to Bocas del Toro

• Morning: Early morning return to the mainland and take a flight to Bocas del Toro. Check in at La Coralina Island House, a Balinese beachfront style resort situated in a private bay.

• Afternoon: Relax at the villa or explore Isla Colón, with options to snorkel, kayak, or simply enjoy the beaches.

• Evening: Enjoy a beachfront dinner at El Ultimo Refugio, known for its fresh seafood and vibrant atmosphere. After dinner, enjoy a cocktail at one of the many waterfront bars.

Day 7: Transfer to Boquete & Coffee Tour

• Morning: Private transfer to Boquete, a charming mountain town.

• Afternoon: Embark on a coffee plantation tour where you'll learn about the coffee-making process and sample some of Panama’s best brews.

• Evening: Stay at The Castle of Boquete, a unique accommodation designed like a castle, where you can stay high in a tower, or in one of their "Hobbit houses" either offering a magical overnight experience.

Day 8: Transfer to David airport & Final Goodbyes

• Morning: Private car transfer to David International airport.

• Catch your flight home or connection.
