Panama

Canals, Coffee, and Coastlines

Gateway of the Americas.

Panama may be famous for the world-changing Panama Canal, but there’s a lot more than just watching ships squeeze through! Head north to stay in castles and sip coffee so fresh it’ll ruin your regular brew forever, or hit up the Bocas del Toro islands where the water’s so clear you can practically high-five a fish. Looking for a more “castaway” vibe? The San Blas Islands will have you living out your tropical island fantasies. Oh, and don’t forget Santa Catalina, where you can catch some waves or head out scuba diving to Coiba National Park for untouched reefs and uninhabited islands. Panama: it’s got canals, coffee, and the adventure you didn’t know you needed!
